OECM is issuing an RFP to select qualified Suppliers to provide comprehensive and reliable IT Help Desk Services to its diverse customers across Ontario. The services include 24/7/365 support, multi-tiered service levels (L1, L2, L3), flexible delivery models (onsite, remote, hybrid), ITSM integration, and robust performance reporting, ensuring seamless management of incidents, service requests, and emergency/after-hours support.
Suppliers must demonstrate expertise in delivering innovative and scalable solutions, including AI-driven self-help tools, strong Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, and alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities such as eco-friendly practices and diversity. This RFP aims to establish agreements with Suppliers capable of enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional value to OECM’s customers.
Reading Intervention Program Licensing
The Systematic and Explicit Evidence-Based Reading Program and Intervention Solutions agreement is designed to help students struggling with literacy by providing targeted instruction, strategies, and resources. These programs offer personalized interventions, such as phonics instruction, fluency practice, and comprehension strategies in tiered levels. Delivered through one-on-one, small group, or technology-assisted instruction, they aim to build confidence, improve reading proficiency, and close achievement gaps. Schools and educators use these programs to support diverse learning needs and promote long-term academic success.
Electronic Research Administration System (eRAS)
The Electronic Research Administration (eRAS) agreement offers digital platforms that streamlines and automates research administration processes. The platform supports grant management, compliance tracking, proposal submission, budgeting, reporting, and collaboration among researchers and administrators. eRAS enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce administrative burden by integrating workflows, data management, and communication tools. These systems are widely used by universities, research institutions, and funding agencies to manage the entire research lifecycle, from proposal development to award closeout.
Banking Services
OECM's newly re-tendered Banking Services agreement provides access to specialized banking solutions tailored to help organizations manage cash flow, optimize liquidity, and streamline financial processes. These services include cash and liquidity management, online banking, fraud prevention, and a range of short-term borrowing options, offering flexibility and efficiency for both colleges and public sector customers.
